CD Artwork Preliminary Sketch

A buddy of mine, a Kansas City Art Institute graduate, was given this CD Album cover as an assignment for a friend, and just never seemed to get around to getting it done. He was going to do it in chalk. I told him I could do it faster in Photoshop and get him off the hook. I had it done in about an hour and a half. I had to draw the metallic disc, the other stuff came out of my clip file. I also did the back cover which is different. Don't ask me what is written on the disc, I don't know, I just got it done for my buddy. No, I am not related to David Williams.

Digital Pasture Scene

This scene was created in Photoshop 6.0 about 9 years ago. Photoshop is a very versatile application. You can paint, animate, retouch, edit, adjust, morph, just about anything you can think of to do with an image.

Alaska Sketch

I hitch hiked to Alaska once back in 1975. I was piddling with Painter 2.0 about 8 years ago and came up with this.

Sketch For Missionary Aviation Painting

I have a good friend who is a missionary pilot south of the border. I can't say what country he is in, for his safety's sake. He flies folks to the hospital, delivers Pastors, Missionaries, Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, medical, and other supplies up into the mountains. A fellow pilot will be retiring soon, so he wanted to present a painting to him. This is a rough draft of a sample I sent him. This is one of the tamer places he flies in and out of.
